Peony Sun + Moon | Linoprint

A peony shares the page with sun and moon forms in this hand-carved linocut by Joan Pranata Bogart. The mix of botanical and celestial imagery feels playful without losing the strong pattern and structure of Joan’s relief-printing style.

Hand-pressed in her Santa Cruz studio, each piece is signed and numbered on Stonehenge printmaking paper using Speedball water-based ink.
