Material

Fresh herbs are great. Picking tiny leaves off stems one by one is less great. This handmade wooden herb stripper makes quick work of oregano, thyme, rosemary, kale, and other leafy greens, with tapered ends that can also help scrape seeds from fruits and vegetables.

Made in St. Louis by Collin Garrity from cherry or walnut, with maple appearing from time to time. Each piece is finished with food-safe oil and measures approximately 6 3/4 x 2 1/4 x 1/4 inches.
